Every Dote product is formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, synthetic fragrance, or any of our 2,700+ banned ingredients. We follow EU cosmetic standards — the strictest in the world — and go further. Every ingredient is vetted by our in-house toxicologist before it touches a formula.
Our packaging is made from at least 85% post-consumer recycled materials. Our glass components are infinitely recyclable. We're on a roadmap to 100% refillable packaging by 2027 — because the most sustainable package is one you never throw away. All our boxes are FSC-certified and printed with soy-based inks.
We know where every ingredient comes from. We audit our suppliers annually for fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and environmental standards. We prioritize women-owned and BIPOC-owned suppliers, and we pay living wages — not minimum wages — throughout our supply chain.
1% of every Dote sale goes to environmental and women's health organizations through our Adored Earth Fund. We partner with reforestation projects, ocean cleanup initiatives, and community health programs globally. Beauty that gives back isn't a bonus at Dote — it's built into the price tag.
