Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, the UK, Australia, and select EU countries.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days for all unused, unopened products.
To start a return, email hello@dotebeauty.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Opened or used products are eligible for exchange only. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? We'll replace it immediately — no return required. Just send us a photo at hello@dotebeauty.com.
